Privacy Policy

Classroom Protocol (a publication of Mosaic IP)

Effective date: August 12, 2026

Classroom Protocol ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to classroomprotocol.com and the resources we sell.

Who we are

Classroom Protocol is a publication of Mosaic IP that provides classroom policies, documentation systems, and accessible teaching resources. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to nicole@mosaicip.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the publication:

Your email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource.

Your name — if you choose to provide it when subscribing or purchasing.

Purchase information — when you buy a product. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Gumroad); we receive your email and order details, but we do not collect or store your full payment-card information.

Basic usage data — such as which pages and pins are viewed, collected through standard analytics. This may include your device type, general location, and referring site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use your information

We use your information to send you the resources and updates you signed up for, to deliver and support the products you purchase, to understand which content is helpful so we can make more of it, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

The services we use

We rely on a few trusted providers to operate, each with its own privacy practices:

Ghost hosts our website and manages our newsletter and member list. Gumroad processes purchases and payments. Pinterest is used for distribution and, if enabled, analytics to measure which pins drive visits. We also use standard email and analytics tools to deliver messages and measure engagement. These providers process data on our behalf, and we share only what's needed for them to perform their service.

Cookies

Our site and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies won't stop you from reading the site or receiving resources you signed up for.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing nicole@mosaicip.com. Depending on where you live — for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA — you may have additional rights, and we honor valid requests under applicable law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed or as needed to provide products and meet legal obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the publication grows or as laws change. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
